Terms & House Rules
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of 3,000 CZK is required upon arrival.
- Check-in/out: Arrival from 15:00, Departure by 10:00.
- Payment: Reservation is confirmed after a 50% down payment.
- Handover: Keys are only handed over to sober persons.
- Quiet Hours: 23:00 – 07:00. The entire property is non-smoking.
- Concept: Strictly Adults Only. Unsuitable for children and loud groups.
- Visitors: Permitted only by prior arrangement (50 CZK/person/hour).
- Pets: Permitted only by prior arrangement for a fee.
Valid ID required for check-in. Use of pool and whirlpool at your own risk. Use of personal electric appliances (except hygiene) is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the stay in case of gross violation of these rules.
Cancellation Policy: 29–15 days (25%) | 14–5 days (50%) | 4 or fewer days (100% of the total price).

We return the deposit to your bank account after checking the apartment on the day of your departure.
The covered pool is free for guests during the season. We can prepare the whirlpool for you for a fee (please order at least one day in advance).
