Can I stay with children?
Our residence operates under an Adults Only concept. The premises are designed for guests seeking peace and relaxation, therefore we do not accommodate children (even when accompanied by adults).
Are pets allowed?
Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior mutual agreement. We only accept small dog breeds and only in certain apartments. A fee applies for pets.
How does parking work? Do I need to book in advance?
Each apartment comes with one parking space included in the price. If you wish to have guaranteed parking inside the courtyard, it is available for an additional fee upon prior request.
Can I arrive earlier than 3:00 PM?
Early check-in is possible only by prior agreement and subject to availability. This service is charged at 100 CZK per hour before the standard check-in time.
Is late check-out possible (after 10:00 AM)?
Late check-out is possible only by agreement (please notify us at least one day in advance). It depends on the arrival of next guests. The service is charged at 100 CZK per hour.
Why is a security deposit required and when will it be refunded?
A refundable deposit of 3,000 CZK serves as a guarantee for potential damages or violation of house rules. We refund the deposit to your bank account immediately after the apartment inspection on your departure day.
How does the pool and hot tub work?
The swimming pool is freely available during the summer season. We can prepare the hot tub for you for an additional fee upon request (at least 2 hours in advance).
