I process your data for the following purposes:
- Performance of a Contract: Processing inquiries and providing accommodation services.
- Legal Obligations: Maintenance of the guest ledger (registration of foreign nationals), keeping records of accommodated persons, and bookkeeping/accounting.
- Legitimate Interest: Mutual communication before and during your stay.
3. Scope of Processed Data
I process only the strictly necessary data required by law or essential for communication:
- First name, last name, permanent residence address, date of birth.
- Dates of arrival and departure, purpose of stay, nationality.
- ID card number or passport number.
- Telephone number and e-mail address (for sending info and documents).
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Your data is not transferred to third countries. Based on legal obligations, I provide necessary data to the following recipients:
- Foreign Police of the Czech Republic (pursuant to the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals).
- Municipal Office (for the settlement of local accommodation fees).
- Financial Office (for VAT and income tax purposes).
5. Data Retention Period
I retain data only for the periods stipulated by relevant laws:

6. Your Rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
